ABOUT
Pier is a Musical Director, production consultant, and pianist based between Europe and the USA.
He is the founder of the contemporary jazz band PLS.trio. The band released two full length albums, East River (2015) and Cosmonauts (2021), the first of which was nominated for Best Debut Album and Best New Release in the NPR Jazz Critics Poll.
The PLS.trio has toured throughout Europe and the USA.
After graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2010, Pier went on to become an in-demand session musician in New York before joining the touring band of Tunisian singer Emel Mathlouthi, with whom he has since performed in 25 countries across six continents.
Pier is also a touring musician for the band Sungazer, an electro-jazz duo formed by drummer Shawn Crowder and bassist Adam Neely.
Pier's production and composition credits include the likes of Chris Brown and Tyga.
Pier currently acts as a Production Consultant, Musical Director, and Operations Manager for projects between Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.
